Trimming Closeness

Don’t expect the ProBlade to line up your beard since there’s a subtle gap between the blade teeth (0.4 mm), but it offers a fine zero look with direct trim.

I’d call this Braun trimmer to be a perfect fit for stubble and medium length beards. It doesn’t struggle with longer beards, but is bottlenecked by the design of the guide combs.

The ProContour blade gives a nice blend close to skin. Foil head will give you silky smooth finish but for smaller patches, as it’s not as powerful or wide as a dedicated foil shaver.

I’ll start off with the similarities. Although there’s not much that they share among themselves, still certain aspects are quite resembling to skip out on. 

Similarities

• Cordless & rechargeable design
• Contains adjustable guards and built-in wheel
• Washable and wet/dry friendly (Beard Hedger has IPX7 rating)
• Covers stubble to medium length beards with precise grooming

As you can see, these two tools are meant for cordless use and can be recharged conveniently. Beard Hedger extends the courtesy of USB Type-C charging.
